Regole della piazza
Ultimo aggiornamento: 5 novembre 2026

Rules of the square
Last updated: 5 November 2026
In Sangimon you meet real people: you talk in speech bubbles, in the chat and, for those who linked an account and turned it on, by voice. To write, speak or choose your name in town you must be at least 16 and accept these rules: you declare this the first time you do any of them. There is zero tolerance for anyone who breaks them.
Not allowed in the square
- Insults, threats and harassment, towards anyone, even as a joke. Don't follow people who don't want to talk.
- Discrimination based on origin, skin colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability.
- Sexual, violent or illegal content, written or spoken, and blasphemy.
- Personal details: don't ask for or give out addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles, photos or the name of your school. Neither yours nor anyone else's.
- Offensive names, or names pretending to be someone else.
- Spam and advertising: links, repeated messages, invitations to other services.
- Cheating: programs or modified games that disturb other players or the server.
If someone bothers you
- Tap their name in the chat, their name tag, or the box where they talk to you. Block makes them disappear for you: you no longer see their messages or hear their voice, and they don't hear yours. Today a block applies to the device you set it on: on another phone or computer you need to set it again.
- Report sends the reason and the last things they wrote to the game's moderators. Voice is not recorded: there is a dedicated reason to pick for things said by voice, and the speaker is identified by their account.
- You can unblock players in Settings → Blocked players.
What happens next
Reports are reviewed one by one, by the people who make the game. Players who broke the rules are sent away from the town, for a few days or for good, and can appeal by writing to us: we look at the case again and reply with the decision and the reason. The most common offensive words are masked automatically, but the filter doesn't catch everything: if you see something wrong, report it.
